We, as a nation, are facing hard times. Individual companies are closing daily at a rate we have never witnessed in our lifetimes. As a business owner, as a parent, as a citizen of this great land, we all wonder what tomorrow will bring and what things might look like in 3 to 5 years. Will things be worse, or better?

When we face hard times as a community, as a nation, we must all pull together and help one another to succeed. When one fails, we are all affected greatly.

We are suggesting, that we all begin to do what we can do to strengthen the other companies out there, enriching the marketplace for all of us by doing this. If we all do what we can, we will make things begin to pick up and move forward instead of continuing in this downward spiral trend, that we have seen for far too long. The government cannot do it… We can!

The large audience found at this event is beyond measure in helping your product become known.  I highly suggest any business owner, who sells a product in the toy industry to be there!  Sell the boat,  sell the house, sell the car – but be there!  Share your product with the world and let’s get things going.

You would almost think I get paid for these plugs, by reading that last paragraph (laugh).  I read it and thought, wow, sounds like a paid political statement.  However, rest assured it is not.  It is simply my professional opinion, and one I am passionate about, because I have witnessed the difference it can make to a company and in these hard times, every business needs every bit of help it can get to continue forward in a productive manner.  It is not the same old same old anymore.  Those who stay sitting still and not launching forward and taking some risk – will sit there and close their doors.  We should never think we are big enough or that we have done enough to expand.

2010 marks year #10 for Family Review Center.  Because of this, we are celebrating with a year long contest… Well, eleven months of the year.  Beginning February 1, our contest has begun.  We will be adding on new prizes throughout the year and awarding weekly prizes to the winners.

Many may not know, but our former home of 6+ years on the internet www.familyreview.org is now being operated by someone else.

This loss occurred while the domain was in the care of godaddy.com, and godaddy.com has been no help in rendering us assistance in the matter.

We have found this same thing has happened to other domains as well, so please, be careful!  It can happen anywhere, anytime, to anyone.  We will leave the rest of the story to rest.

Now the fun is  to rebuild our website of over 1500 pages and replace all of the information from the old databases to the new.  It is coming along and we will be bigger and better than before.
