REVIEW:

Our kids need to eat better. The American diet is truly lacking in good foods and our children are paying the price. Do you have a child who refuses to eat, or possibly even try fruits or vegetables? This video is a great resource for just that. Through the power of positive reinforcement, and a child's inner desire to copy what they see others doing, you have won the battle of good eating when you use Copy-Kids.

The video is filled with clips of children eating. Eating fruits and vegetables. While there are some really darling shots that will make you crack up and smile, the goal of this movie is for your child to watch it and then copy the good eating habits!

I suggest making them up a platter of prepared fruits and vegetables, ready to eat. Then place it beside them, turn on the movie and watch their response. Chances are, they will soon begin sampling and participating in good eating. Afterall, this is what Copy-Kids do!

Each fruit and vegetable is in its own 'chapter' so you can use the ones you wish to focus on and skip the rest if you like. The video also contains an interview with Dr Gordon, speaking about the health concerns and diets of our children.
