    Store Policy: 48 hr return policy. No returns on Seat Lift Chairs. Customer purchased a Seat Lift Chair for a family member. Chair was delivered on Tuesday, while the recipient of it was in the hospital. They later passed away on Sunday, having never seen the product or having been able to use it. Monday the customer who made the purchase, called Care Medical to inquire about a return, and was reminded of the no return policy, and told no. Because the circumstances were not the norm, we felt it warranted contacting Care Medical and explaining the unusual circumstances and ask for their help.

    The manager Kelly was very helpful in aiding this family. She arranged for a pickup and return the very next day. Thank you Care Medical, and Kelly, for standing by your customers in this way. It is company's like you that remind us that we are all good neighbors, one of another. Please accept our Make It Right Award ... you deserve it.
